Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any product or service from Roselle Ranks. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase any products or services.

About Roselle Ranks

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roselle Ranks, LLC (“Roselle Ranks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Roselle Ranks website, digital products, content services, and free resources, whether accessed directly or indirectly.

Roselle Ranks is a California limited liability company operating at RoselleRanks.com. All products and services are delivered electronically and remotely. By purchasing, downloading, or engaging any service, you agree to these Terms in full.

Products and Services

Roselle Ranks offers the following products and services:

  • SEO Content Writing Services — Done-for-you keyword research, SEO articles and content packages written in the client’s brand voice and delivered as Word documents. Available in multiple service levels. Specific deliverables, pricing, and formats are listed on the product pages at the time of purchase.
  • SEO Planning — Digital downloads including planners, templates, and checklists to support SEO content planning and optimization. Available at free and paid price points. Specific deliverables and pricing are listed on the product pages at the time of download or purchase.
  • Newsletter — A free email subscription delivering SEO tips, strategies, and resources to subscribers.

All products and services are limited to the specific deliverables described at the time of purchase. No rights, services, or obligations are implied beyond those expressly stated.

No Guarantees on Rankings or Results

Roselle Ranks does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, revenue, or business results. SEO is influenced by factors entirely outside our control.

All keyword research, content strategy, and written articles are produced using current best practices and available data at the time of delivery. However, Roselle Ranks expressly disclaims any guarantee related to:

  • Search engine rankings on Google or any other platform
  • Website traffic volume or quality
  • Lead generation, conversions, or revenue
  • Continued ranking position after delivery
  • Google algorithm changes affecting content performance
  • Client website technical factors affecting SEO performance
  • Results from client implementation of keyword research or content

Keyword data including search volume, competition scores, and CPC reflects information available at the time of research. Search trends change over time and Roselle Ranks is not responsible for fluctuations after delivery.

Results depend on factors including but not limited to the client’s website structure, domain authority, publishing consistency, niche competitiveness, and Google algorithm updates. These are outside Roselle Ranks’ control. Engagement of any product or service constitutes full acceptance of this limitation.

SEO Content Writing Services — Terms

Revisions

All articles included in any SEO Content Writing Services package include one (1) round of revisions at no additional charge. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of feedback submitted within 7 days of article delivery. Additional revision rounds beyond the included one are available at an additional fee, quoted at the time of request. Revision requests submitted after the 7-day support window may be subject to additional charges.

Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope. Requests that constitute new work, significant topic changes, or scope expansion are not covered under the included revision round.

Delivery

All keyword research and SEO content writing services articles are delivered as Word documents. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of engagement. Turnaround times vary. Please see the full product listing for details. Roselle Ranks is not responsible for delays caused by client failure to provide required onboarding information, brand materials, or timely feedback.

7-Day Support Window

All SEO Content Writing Services include a 7-day email support window following final delivery. Support is available for questions related to the delivered content. Support is provided via email at hello@RoselleRanks.com and is limited to the scope of the purchased package.

Ownership of Delivered Content

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered articles and keyword analysis. Roselle Ranks retains ownership of all research methodologies, internal frameworks, processes, and systems used in production. Ownership applies only to final deliverables and does not extend to methods of research and writing.

Your SEO content is a digital deliverable provided as a Word document. Upon delivery, the client receives full ownership of the content for personal or commercial use in their own business.

The client may not resell, redistribute, or represent the content as their own work product to third parties. Keyword data reflects information available at the time of research. Roselle Ranks is not responsible for changes in search volume, competition, or keyword trends following delivery.

Digital Planners and Organizers

All digital planners and organizers are provided for personal use only. These resources may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without written permission from Roselle Ranks. Roselle Ranks retains full copyright ownership of all of these creations. Download and use of any resource constitutes agreement to these Terms.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement of services. Roselle Ranks reserves the right to withhold delivery of any product or service until full payment is received and confirmed.

Roselle Ranks accepts payment through the methods listed on RoselleRanks.com at the time of purchase. The client is responsible for ensuring accurate payment information is provided.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of all Roselle Ranks products and services, no refunds are provided once work has commenced or a digital product has been delivered.

Specifically:

  • SEO Content Writing Services — No refund once onboarding is complete and work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, any completed work is billable at the applicable per-article rate.
  • SEO Planning — Free and paid digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered. Free products have no purchase and no refund applicable.

If you have a concern about your delivery, please contact hello@RoselleRanks.com within 7 days of receipt. Roselle Ranks will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns within the scope of the purchased service.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a digital product or commencing a service engagement constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Roselle Ranks reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access to all delivered materials
  • Terminate any ongoing service engagement without further obligation
  • Pursue recovery of fees, costs, and damages through available legal means

Roselle Ranks encourages clients to contact hello@RoselleRanks.com before initiating any dispute so that concerns can be addressed directly and promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on RoselleRanks.com including text, graphics, logos, brand assets, free and paid resources, and course materials is the intellectual property of Roselle Ranks, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Roselle Ranks content without express written permission. The Roselle Ranks name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete onboarding information, brand materials, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Reviewing delivered content and submitting revision requests within the 7-day window
  • Implementing keyword research and published content on their own website
  • Their own website’s technical SEO, hosting, and WordPress setup
  • Any claims arising from their use, publication, or distribution of delivered content

Roselle Ranks is not responsible for results arising from incomplete onboarding information, delayed client feedback, or client failure to implement delivered strategy and content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roselle Ranks, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of any product or service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or failure to achieve search engine rankings.

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Roselle Ranks, LLC be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Total liability of Roselle Ranks for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within ninety (90) days of the delivery date of the product or service in question. Claims not brought within this period are permanently waived. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of recovery and survives termination of any agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roselle Ranks, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:

  • Your use, publication, or distribution of delivered content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any claim by a third party related to content published on your website or platforms
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations

This indemnification obligation survives termination of any service agreement and remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Newsletter and Email Communications

By subscribing to the Roselle Ranks newsletter, you consent to receive email communications including SEO tips, content resources, product updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Roselle Ranks will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. Email communications are governed by our Privacy Policy available at RoselleRanks.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in California for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

Modifications to These Terms

Roselle Ranks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to RoselleRanks.com. The date of the most recent revision will be noted at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of products or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
